Deputy Executive Agent, 82nd Rear Operations Center, Oregon Army National Guard, discuss events during the war game battle at Pasir Laba Camp, Singapore, July 25. The U.S. military and Singapore Armed Forces joined together for two weeks in July for Tiger Balm 2011, an annual bilateral training exercise. The armies share military strategies and techniques in defense, offense and operations while building military and cultural relationships. This year's focus was offense, defense and operations.
