U.S. airmen and International Air Force participants prepare for the sit-up portion of the Fit to Fight portion of Air Mobility Rodeo 2011, July 24, at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash. Fit to Fight includes push-ups, sit-ups and a 1.5 mile run. Rodeo is the U.S. Air Force's and Air Mobility Command's premier international combat skills and flying operations competition designed to develop and improve techniques procedures, interoperability, while optimizing international mobility partnerships and enhancing mobility operations.
