MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. – Sgt. Maj. Brandon Hall (ret.) passes the Non-Commissioned Officer sword to Col. Fridrik Fridriksson, commanding officer of the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, during a relief and appointment ceremony on May 4, 2018.
