John Patnaude, 615th Contingency Response Wing, Travis AFB, Calif., fires his M-24 rifle while competing as part of a sniper/spotter team in the Air Mobility Rodeo 2011 advanced designated marksman competition at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., on July 26, 2011. Rodeo is the U.S. Air Force's and Air Mobility Command's premier international combat skills and flying operations competition designed to develop and improve techniques, procedures and interoperability, while optimizing international mobility partners and enhancing operations.
