Davaa Dulamsuren the Legion of Merit award for his meritorious service as Chief of General Staff for the Mongolian Armed Forces. Harris and Davaa first met at the 2015 PACOM hosted Chiefs of Defense Conference (CHODs) and have met at every CHODs conference since.
