FEMA contractors unload utility poles from the barge Atlanta Bridge at Port of San Juan, Puerto Rico, May 2. As of May 1, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has allocated more than $323 million for the procurement, transportation and storage of materials required for the restoration of Puerto Rico's power grid. To date, USACE has received more than 33 million pieces of material for the power grid restoration mission across the island.
