Pfc. Janie Peak, a culinary specialist assigned to the 3rd Infantry Division Resolute Support Sustainment Brigade, pours mashed potatoes into a pan in Camp Shorab, Afghanistan, Apr. 21. Peak works in a tiny Expeditionary TRICON Kitchen System (ETKS) preparing food.
