Brian Gellar, a civilian contactor with Marine Corps Air Station New River, participates in a highway clean-up on Highway 17 outside MCAS New River, April 27. The highway clean-up was a part of the Spring Clean 2018 event in observance of Earth Day. “We’re participating because this is not only good for our community but directly supports the mission” says Brian Gellar, Environmental Affairs Division. MCAS New River periodically organizes and conducts station-wide clean-ups in order to promote the safety, health, wellness, and overall appearance of the New River community.
