Tempest Foster, a Soldier assigned to the 449th Combat Aviation Brigade, hangs her t-shirt with a message speaking out against sexual assault in support of The Clothesline Project for the upcoming Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month March 29, 2018 at Camp Buehring, Kuwait. The Clothesline project was established in Massachusetts in 1990 and is used as a platform to allow Soldiers to create messages or illustrations designed by survivors of violence and supporters of non-violence.
