Blaine Elliott, from Logansport Ind., launches a RQ-21A Blackjack drone, assigned to Marine Light Attack Helicopter detachment of Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 166, off the flight deck of San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock USS Anchorage (LPD 23) during Essex Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) exercise (ARGMEUEX).
