(April 26, 2018) Aviation Ordnancemen assigned to Patrol Squadron (VP) 4 inspect a AGM-84D Harpoon missile for onload to a P-8A Poseidon aircraft during a proficiency exercise on Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan. VP-4 is currently deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operation conducting Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) and Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) missions, as well as providing maritime domain awareness throughout the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
