Cadets from Oahu’s Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps launch a seafaring canoe at Pililaau Army Recreation Center, Hawaii April 21, 2018 during the 13th Annual Waianae Adventure Challenge. This event is a multi-day team physical fitness challenge to hone their skills of leadership and camaraderie. “They’re learning the importance of being in charge and setting the pace for everything that the team does,” said Staff Sgt.
