Kirkuk Provincial Director of Police Gen. Jamal acknowledges the significance of the Kirkuk expanded combined security force graduating its third company to become a fully operational battalion at the Kirkuk Training Center, Iraq, July 18, 2011. The newly expanded CSF will operate out of a new headquarters on a previously uninhabited portion of nearby Contingency Operating Site Warrior.
