U.S. Army Reserve Spc. Jorge Villicana, a multichannel transmission systems operator-maintainer with the 98th Expeditionary Signal Battalion, is presented with a trophy by Command Sgt. Maj. Ronnie Farmer, the top enlisted leader for the 335th Signal Command (Theater), after being announced the winning junior enlisted Soldier of the command’s best warrior competition April 20 at Fort Meade, Maryland. U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers from across the United States competed in the event held April 16-21, 2018. During the competition, Soldiers are tested physically and mentally in events that include the Army Physical Fitness Test, land navigation, combat water survival, U.S. Marine Corps obstacle course, weapons qualification, Army warrior tasks, reflexive fire, and appearance before a board.
