WASHINGTON (April 19, 2018) -- The color guard parades the colors during a ceremony for the 2017 CNO Shore Sailor of the Year (SOY) at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C.. Moran announced Legalman 1st Class Jean M. Yusten as the 2017 CNO Shore SOY. Yusten will return later in the year to be meritoriously advanced to chief petty officer.
