U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers move out, as they begin the first mile, of the 10 - mile road march, April 19, 2018. The command Best Warrior Competition, held at Fort Meade, Maryland, tested Soldiers physically and mentally in events including the Army Physical Fitness Test, land navigation, combat water survival, a U.S. Marine Corps obstacle course, ruck marching, weapon qualification, Army Warrior Tasks, written exams and the Army appearance board.
