U.S. Army Reserve Sgt. Jamil Jadallah, a parachute rigger from the 4th Joint Communication Squadron, adjusts his pack in preparation for the start of the 10 - mile road march, April 19, 2018. The competition, held at Fort Meade, Maryland, tested Soldiers physically and mentally in events including the Army Physical Fitness Test, land navigation, combat water survival, a U.S. Marine Corps obstacle course, ruck marching, weapon qualification, Army Warrior Tasks, written exams and the Army appearance board.
