    Coast Guard, DEA, and Customs and Border Protection law enforcement authorities offload of 491.5 kilograms of cocaine and 9.2 kilograms of heroin worth an estimated wholesale value of $13.3 million at Coast Guard Sector San Juan April 18, 2018.
