Major Shayne Carroll, 4th Fighter Squadron, demonstrates his F-35 helmet to Seth Rushton, a 5th grader from Snow Horse Elementary in Kaysville, Utah. Maj. Carroll was representing Hill Air Force Base during the grand opening of Junior Achievement City's model air traffic control tower in Salt Lake City. The tower was built courtesy of Hill Air Force Base. Junior Achievement City is an interactive learning environment where students participate in real-life careers.
