Sergeant Maj. Alex M. Dobson, Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego/Western Recruiting Region, relinquishes the non-commissioned officers’ sword to Brig. Gen. William M. Jurney, commanding general, MCRD San Diego/WRR, signifying the end of his duties as the WRR sergeant major during the post and relief ceremony aboard MCRD San Diego, April 13. The sword was then passed to Sgt. Maj. Devon Lee, incoming sergeant major.
