Drill sergeants from the Army Reserve's 104th Training Division, 108th Training Command, observe Soldiers during a lang navigation course for the 335th Signal Command (Theater) Best Warrior Competition at Fort Meade, Maryland, April 16, 2018. Drill sergeants served as coaches and upheld high standards during the week-long competition. Army Reserve Soldiers competing are tested physically and mentally in events that include the Army Physical Fitness Test, land navigation, combat water survival, a U.S. Marine Corps obstacle course, ruck marching, weapon qualification, Army Warrior Tasks, written exams and the Army appearance board.
