Col. Kevin M. Iiams, the commanding officer of Marine Aircraft Group 41, 4th Marine Aircraft Wing, Col. Robert C. Kuckuk, the commanding officer of headquarters and headquarters squadron in Yuma, Ariz., and Col. Adam T. Holmes, the incoming commanding officer of Marine Aircraft Group 41 come to attention for the arrival of Maj. Gen. Rex C. McMillian, commanding general of the 4th Marine Aircraft Wing. McMillian arrived at the air station to observe and assess Operation Javelin Thrust 2011, the largest reserve training exercise in the Marine Corps.
