NORFOLK, Va. (April 13, 2018) -- Aviation Boatswain's Mate 3rd Class (Fuels) Chanissia Harrien, from Garland, Texas, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) air department, receives an Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialist certificate from Cmdr. Thomas Plott, Ford's air boss.
