CONCORD, Mass.-- Sgt. Maj. (Ret.) Jim Kelly, Military Friends Foundation, looks on as participants of the Tough Ruck receive their opening remarks on April 14, 2018 at The Old Manse in Concord, Mass. The Tough Ruck is an elite group of 1,000 military, first responders, and civilians that ruck 26.2 miles on the battle roads of the Revolutionary War in honor of fallen service members, police, firefighters and EMTs, while raising money for military families in need.
