180411-N-PR344-0001 UNITED STATES NAVAL MAGAZINE, Guam (April 9th, 2018) Construction Electrician Constructionman Louis Disalvo assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11, Detachment Guam, uses a sledge hammer to drive a stake. Constructionman Disalvo is part of crew of Seabees tasked with constructing a vehicle storage building for an Explosives Ordinance Disposal Unit. NMCB-11 is forward deployed to execute construction, humanitarian and foreign assistance, and theater security cooperation in the 7th Fleet area of operations.
