Air Force Senior Master Sgt. Melvin Fogle, FAST class instructor and program manager for U.S. Central Command Distribution Operation Center, volunteers during the evening to teach the FAST program. Third Army Education Center now offers a three week FAST class to all Third Army soldiers stationed here to help them improve their general technical score on the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery test. Third Army finds it important to develop its soldiers through educational programs like FAST, which benefits our forces to sustain the fight and shape the future.
