SAN DIEGO (April 12, 2018) Airman Carter O’Shea, from Concord, Calif., assigned to Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70), reunites with his mom and dad at the ship’s homecoming ceremony. Carl Vinson returned to San Diego from a three-month deployment from operations in the Indo-Pacific to maintain security and stability in the region.
