Nathan Powell and his family admire their newly rebuilt home in Joplin, Mo., July 15, surrounded by Operation Blessing volunteers who helped with the rebuild. The 80-year-old home, built of Carthage stone, lost its roof in the May 22 tornado that struck Joplin, but the walls remained standing. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers cleared debris from the site to facilitate the volunteers' efforts.
