CAMP BUEHRING, Kuwait — U.S. Army 1st Battalion, 244th Aviation Regiment (Assault), Standardization Instructor Staff Sgt. Cordell Mallory performs preventative maintenance checks on the tail of a UH-60 Black Hawk prior to instructing crew chiefs on Deck Landing Qualifications aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76) in the North Arabian Gulf, March 26, 2018. DLQ training familiarizes Soldiers and Sailors with proper operations that can be used to transport cargo to remote locations over water. This training also strengthens interoperability operations between the U.S Army and the U.S Navy supporting the Operation Spartan Shield mission. (U.S. Army photo by Staff Sgt. Leticia Samuels)
