Rich Brown, congratulates Culinary Specialist 3rd Class Abigail Sebastian, a Sailor aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Benfold (DDG 65), during an enlisted surface warfare specialist pinning ceremony. Brown is currently visiting the forward-deployed naval forces at U.S. Fleet Activities Yokosuka. Benfold is forward-deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations in support of security and stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
