Gerhard Somlai is rung ashore at the conclusion of the change of command ceremony where he transferred authority of command to RSG, Groton’s new Commodore, Capt. William Solomon. The ceremony was held on Friday, April 6, at 1 p.m. at Naval Submarine Base, New London’s Naval Submarine Support Facility Weapons Compound.
