Spc. Jason Melnik from Fort Lee's Kenner Army Health Clinic scales a rope while competing in the obstacle course event for the 2018 Regional Health Command-Atlantic Best Warrior Competition March 25-28 at Fort Stewart, Ga. Melnick was awarded Soldier of the Year Runner-Up at the conclusion of the event. He was promoted to sergeant upon returning to Fort Lee.
