Soldiers with the 757th Transportation Battalion (Railway) of Milwaukee work together to complete an obstacle May 11, 2015, at the Leadership Reaction Course at Fort McCoy, Wis. The activity was part of the 757th’s annual training. The Leadership Reaction Course is designed to provide students the opportunity to observe strengths and weaknesses of others during a team operation and help develop individuals as leaders.
