The Puerto Rico State Guard visited the municipality of San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico, in order to impact the community of Barrio Cayagüas with a health prevention clinic event, Mar. 24. The PRSG 900th Medical Group together with COSSMA, a local non-profit healthcare provider, offered a myriad of free-of-cost preventive health-check services to those in Cayagüas and surrounding communities.
