Exercise Scarlet Response is a scenario-based training evolution that allows Reaction Force Company and Headquarters and Service Company Marines and Sailors to cross-train in all of CBIRF’s capabilities during two days of lane training and a 12-hour continuous operation exercise and a final 72-hour certification exercise simulating a response to an earthquake in Chattanooga, Tenn.
