Marines with Combat Logistics Battalion 31 carry gear for the Humanitarian Assistance Survey Team during Amphibious Integration Training at White Beach Naval Facility, Okinawa, Japan, March 27, 2018. CLB-31 is the Logistics Combat Element for the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit and provides combat support such as supplies, maintenance, and transportation. The HAST surveys areas that have been struck by natural disasters to determine how the 31st MEU can best lend its support.
