A boat sits tied to a piling on the Vancouver side of the Columbia River after a Coast Guard Station Portland boat crew aboard a 29-foot Response Boat - Small II, rescued three people off the boat, March 31, 2018.

The boaters were transported to shore and emergency medical technicians checked the boaters out and reported no injuries or medical concerns.
