Lt. Gen. Michael Garrett, the U.S. Army Central commander, meets with U.S. Congressman Ralph Norman at U.S. Army Central’s Patton Hall, Shaw AFB, S.C. March 30, 2018. Norman came to meet with Soldiers of USARCENT, which comprises the largest military organization in the Congressman’s district. During his visit, Norman had a one-on-one sit-down meeting with Garrett, met with USARCENT’s staff personnel for a briefing, and received a tour of Patton Hall.
