The Westhampton Beach Fire Department held a memorial service for Tech. Sgt. Dashan Briggs, a special missions aviation specialist assigned to the 106th Rescue Wing, New York Air National Guard, and who had been selected to join the Fire Department of New York before deploying to Iraq, Westhampton Beach, N.Y., March 29, 2018.
