HORMIGUEROS, Puerto Rico, Feb. 13, 2018--Because of the lack of electricity in the town, and for the benefit of the residents, a Communal Center was created by the municipality with the intention of providing basic services. With the use of generators, a space with computers, dryers and televisions, hundreds of residents could return temporarily to a state of normalcy and tranquility. After just 72 days a hundred percent of the town had water and electric services. FEMA/Eduardo Martinez
