SANTA ISABEL, Puerto Rico, February 12, 2018 - Electronic waste is collected in the municipality of Santa Isabel. After being separated by categories, members of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) are responsible for taking the waste to the nearest Collection Center. In collaboration with FEMA, the EPA has the mission of collecting and properly disposing household hazardous waste (HHW) and electronics during the Hurricane Maria response in Puerto Rico.
