SAN ANTONIO – (March 24, 2018) Team Narwhals of East View High School briefs Navy and civilian judges on the build of their underwater remotely operated vehicle (ROV) during the Georgetown SeaPerch Underwater Robotics Challenge Regional Competition held at the Georgetown Recreation Center. Navy Recruiting Command (NRC) Southwest Region City Outreach Program in cooperation with the Georgetown Independent School District and NRD San Antonio hosted the regional qualifier.
