Petty Officer 2nd Class Meghan Luther, information systems technician, and Dan Mouton, chief electronics technician, do their daily P90x routine in the 25th Naval Construction Regiment's gym on Kandahar Airfield. The daily workout is a change of pace for some of the regiment's deployed sailors. 25th NCR is the command and control lead for Task Force Overlord, the construction and construction engineering task force in southern, southwestern and western Afghanistan.
