Park Ranger Matt Sexton, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District, works in Jayuya, Puerto Rico, as a Quality Assurance Specialist for Task Force Power Restoration March 24, 2018. Sexton, like hundreds of other USACE employees, volunteered to leave his home duty station to work a temporary duty assignment restoring power for the citizens of Puerto Rico. The power grid in Puerto Rico has 2,400 miles of transmission lines across the island and 30,000 miles of distribution lines with 300 sub-stations. It is estimated that 80 percent of the grid was damaged when Hurricane Maria struck the island on Sept. 20, 2017. (Released/U.S. Army Corps of Engineers photo by: Preston L. Chasteen)
