Naval Hospital Bremerton's (NHB) Health Promotion and Wellness Department offers PREVENT T2, developed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to specifically helps those in need make and maintain lifestyle changes such as losing weight, eating healthy and just being more active, whether they are at risk for prediabetes/diabetes or simply want to improve their health.
NHB is the only naval hospital to be recognized by the CDC to facilitate PREVENT T2 (Courtesy CDC photo).
