RENO, NV - Col. Alison Thompson tells her Marine aviation story and stresses the importance of females in the Marine Corps at the Connect, Engage and Inspire general session during Women in Aviation, International's (WAI) 29th Annual Symposium in Reno, Nevada, March 24. Marines attended WAI to generate awareness for career opportunities in the Marine Corps while engaging with highly-qualified individuals and key influencers.
