KAISERSLAUTERN, Germany– The Soldier and civilian staff of the Kleber Kaserne Clock Tower Café participate in the Philip A. Connelly award competition, finalists evaluation. A competition to determine the best dining facility. The competition judges evaluate administration, rations, sanitation of kitchen, on the job training, leadership’s knowledge of managing a DFAC, and teamwork as a whole in the DFAC. March 21.
