Command Sgt. Maj. Ralph Delosa, command sergeant major of 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, greets his former soldier Spc. Delosa was the command sergeant major for 3rd Sqdn., 71st Cav. Reg., from 2007 to 2010 and now the squadron falls under his watch again for a second deployment.
