Drum Major Staff Sgt. Billy Arnold leads the 100th Army Reserve band, from Fort Knox, Ky., down the midnight parade route in Gatlinburg, Tenn., July 4. The 100th band was the only military band to march in the nation's first Fourth of July parade of the year.
