Capt. Amanda Hassett, former commander for Cobra Batter, Field Artillery Squadron, 2d Cavalry Regiment was the guest speaker for the Women’s History Month observance March 16, 2018 at the Rose Barracks Theater, Germany. Hassett became the first female commander of a M777 howitzer firing battery within 2CR and U.S. Army Europe in October 2016.
